Alex was a terrific host! He gave us space to enjoy Rancho Grande on our own terms while managing to be right there whenever we needed anything. We had the best time ever and will be repeat customers for life. We love the place, the kind way they treat the beautiful animals and the place is stunning. Every single detail is thought out. My daughter had the best birthday ever. Everything about our stay was impeccable.
