What an amazing experience! The ranch is beautiful, and the hosts were so generous and kind, and really encouraged us to make ourselves comfortable. We felt at home here right away–roaming around and exploring the property, lounging by the pond, wandering down to feed the goats or grab a few chicken eggs to eat with lunch. The kitchen was huge and well-stocked, and the tents were cool and comfortable even in August. I should also mention that there were no mosquitoes (which is something I was worried about beforehand–we brought lots of bug spray but never used it). We arranged ahead of time for a horseback ride, and J and her daughter were wonderful guides. Overall a super relaxing time, we can’t wait to go back!
